Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 02, 2026
This policy complies with AI-generated content (AIGC) platform requirements. It covers content standards, moderation mechanisms, prohibited content categories, and reporting procedures required for AI design generation services.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, uploaded, or processed through OpenSaaS ("we," "us," or "our") services, including:
- Text prompts – Design descriptions and instructions you submit
- Uploaded sketches – Hand-drawn wireframes and images
- AI-generated outputs – Figma prototypes and design files produced by our AI
- API usage – Programmatic access to our design generation services
2. Content Standards – Six Prohibited Categories
You agree NOT to use OpenSaaS to generate content that falls into any of the following six categories:
2.1 Pornography / NSFW
Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented content, regardless of whether it depicts real or fictional persons.
2.2 Violence / Gore
Graphic depictions of violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or any content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violent acts.
2.3 Hate Speech
Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
2.4 Child Safety (CSAM)
Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or exploits children in any way. This is a zero-tolerance violation and will be reported to authorities immediately.
2.5 Deepfake / Impersonation
Content that impersonates real individuals, creates deceptive or misleading representations, or produces synthetic media (images, videos) depicting real persons without their consent. This includes misleading political content, celebrity impersonations, or fraud-related materials.
2.6 Copyright / Trademark Infringement
Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted images, trademarked logos, patented designs, or trade secrets. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded sketches do not violate third-party rights.
3. AI-Specific Prohibitions
In addition to the six content categories above, the following AI-specific restrictions apply:
3.1 No Competitor Model Training
You may not use inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative data from this service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI/ML model that competes directly or indirectly with OpenSaaS or our product offerings.
3.2 No Mass Data Extraction
Systematic scraping or bulk collection of AI outputs for purposes beyond your authorized personal or business use is prohibited.
3.3 No Professional Impersonation
Using AI-generated content to falsely represent it as the work of licensed professionals (e.g., certified doctors, lawyers, financial advisors) in contexts where such representation could cause harm is prohibited.
3.4 No Misleading AI Disclosure Bypass
Using jailbreaks, prompt injection, or other techniques to circumvent AI safety filters or to remove/modify AI-generated content attribution is prohibited.
4. Content Moderation Mechanism
We employ a multi-layer content moderation system:
4.1 Pre-Generation Filtering (Input)
All prompts are scanned in real-time using keyword, semantic, and intent analysis before being processed by AI models. Prohibited content patterns trigger immediate rejection.
4.2 Post-Generation Filtering (Output)
AI-generated designs are evaluated before delivery using safety assessment models. Outputs matching prohibited content categories are blocked and not presented to users.
4.3 Human Review
Flagged content undergoes manual review by our Trust & Safety team. User reports are investigated within the response timelines below.
4.4 Content Violation Levels
| Level | Description | Response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 – Severe | CSAM, terrorism | Within 2 hours | Immediate ban + law enforcement |
| L2 – High Risk | Deepfake, hate speech | Within 24 hours | Content removal + account suspension |
| L3 – Medium Risk | Copyright infringement | Within 3 business days | Warning + content removal |
| L4 – Low Risk | Minor violations | Within 5 business days | Warning + modification request |
5. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this Policy may result in:

Feature Restriction
Reduced API limits or model access
Account Suspension
Temporary access suspension pending review
Permanent Ban
